How the KTR works
This
apparatus regulates the deviant cells (which are always
positively charged), repolarising them by means of an
electronegative field and reinforming them through specific
electromagnetic signals, on the one hand; on the other
hand, it reinforces the psychism through a double field,
one of which is an electromagnetic field specific to
the diencephalic brain. This apparatus does not, by
