  Property reserve
In accordance to the law, delivery and sales of all goods are subject to payment in full.
The goods remain the property of the SPIREA VERONICA LTD. company until payment is received.
  Legal domicile
Any litigation shall be settled by authority of the London Commercial Court (GB)
  Retraction period
The apparatus must be sent back undamaged in its original packaging, post paid within 10 days after reception to IMAEN  4 rue des Frères Breyer   F-10 000  TROYES.
  Quality warranty
Warranty covers manufacturing defects for 2 years (it will be replaced or repaired for free). Warranty is limited to normal use of the apparatus.
Return of goods must be post paid at the after sale service.

All our prices are quoted in euros, including taxes.
Delivery charges are payable by the customer.
Goods are dispatched in the EEC within 48 h following reception of bank transfer.

Payment must be maid by bank transfer and in euros only : SPIREA VERONICA LTD.

  Satisfied or reimbursed
You have a 10-day period from reception of your order to send back the apparatus if you change your mind. You will be fully refunded within 2 weeks.
The apparatus simply needs to be sent back undamaged in its original packaging, post paid to :

After-sales service is provided (time for repairs at the workshop can vary from 24 h to 2 weeks, from reception of the goods)
CE This product complies with the EU european directives. It may be sold and used in all CE countries.
